This healthy banana peach smoothie is super light, creamy, and refreshing. Make it in less than 5 minutes for a quick & nutritious meal!
I am on a huge smoothie kick right now and this banana peach smoothie is one of my favorites! It's so light and creamy and packed with flavor. It has all kinds of nutritious ingredients like fruits, veggies, and greek yogurt. This smoothie is my favorite breakfast & lunch recipe!
The best thing about smoothies is that you can really customize them to your liking. I enjoy adding protein powder to my smoothies to make them a well-rounded meal, as well as frozen cauliflower because it's an amazing way to get in veggies without knowing it!

Recipe Ingredients
Here are some notes on just a few ingredients- please see the full ingredient list in the recipe card below!
- peaches- I used frozen peaches for this smoothie, but you can use fresh as well!
- yogurt- I used a vanilla greek yogurt, but any yogurt that you enjoy would be great in this smoothie, especially a peach yogurt!
- milk- I use almond because that's what I typically drink, any milk will work! You could also use water or juice.
- frozen cauliflower- my favorite way to sneak a veggie into my smoothies, you can't even taste it and it adds a bit of volume to your smoothie.
Step by Step Instructions
step 1- Add the banana, peaches, frozen cauliflower, and yogurt to your blender (as well as protein powder if you're using it). Pour in about ¾ cup of milk to start.
step 2- Blend it up until smooth. Add up to ¼ cup more milk for a thinner consistency.
Tips and tricks
- Troubleshooting your smoothie- if your smoothie is too thick, add in a little more milk or water. If your smoothie is too thin, add in more frozen fruit or toss in a few ice cubes.
- Using a good blender will give you the creamiest smoothies, but it doesn't need to be super expensive or fancy! My go-to blender is this one- it's only $80.
- Frozen bananas are the best for smoothies. I sometimes buy an extra bundle at the store, bring them home and peel them to go right into the freezer. That way I always have a stash on hand for a quick smoothie or bowl!
- If your fruit wasn't frozen to begin with, just add some ice cubes to your smoothie.
- Make this into a smoothie bowl by using less milk (for a thicker consistency) and adding toppings like granola, chia seeds, sliced banana, strawberries, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, and drizzled peanut butter.
- Make your smoothie sweeter by adding a tablespoon or 2 of honey. You could also add vanilla protein powder for extra sweetness.
- You don't have to peel the peaches if you're using fresh ones, but you can if you want to. My peach cupcake recipe has great tips on how to easily peel AND ripen peaches.
Storing & freezing
Smoothies are best fresh right after blending them, but you can store them in an airtight jar in the fridge for 1-2 days. I would shake/stir it up a bit before drinking.
You can also freeze your smoothies. Place them in a freezer-safe jar like a mason jar, and freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost it overnight by placing the smoothie in the fridge the night before you want to drink it.
