    • 📖 Recipe

Biscoff overnight oats are soon to be your favorite breakfast! These biscoff oats are made with just 6 simple ingredients and it only takes 5 minutes to make them. These overnight oats are perfect for meal prep.

If you haven’t had biscoff before, also known as cookie butter, it’s a delicious spread that tastes like cinnamon and brown sugar! I love swirling it into blondies, in mug cakes, and now these biscoff overnight oats!

These oats might have some sweetness thanks to the biscoff spread, but they’re still packed with nutrients thanks to oats and chia seeds.

Why You Need These Biscoff Overnight Oats

    • You only need simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry!
    • It only takes 5 minutes to prep these biscoff overnight oats and you can meal prep them for the week.
    • The perfect breakfast for those with a sweet tooth! I love topping my cookie butter oats with more cookie butter spread, crushed biscoff cookies, or chocolate chips!
    • You can easily make this recipe dairy-free and gluten-free, so it’s perfect for those with food allergies.

    Recipe Ingredients

Here are some notes on a few ingredients- please see the full ingredient list in the recipe card below!

    • Oats: Did you know that rolled oats and old-fashioned oats are the same? You’ll want to use those oats for this recipe, though you could swap them out for quick oats - just note that it will slightly change the texture!
    • Biscoff Spread: also known as cookie butter, you can find it at some grocery stores, Target, or Trader Joe’s. I used 1-2 tablespoon when testing this recipe, but feel free to use more/less!
    • Greek Yogurt: I recommend using vanilla or plain greek yogurt.
    • Maple Syrup: you can swap out the maple syrup for honey if that’s what you have on hand.
Ingredients to make biscoff overnight oats.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl or jar.

Step 2: In a microwave-safe dish, microwave the biscoff spread for 10-20 seconds, or until it turns into a runny consistency.

Step 3: Pour this into the oats and stir immediately, ensuring the biscoff spread is well combined and evenly dispersed.

Step 4: Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight. In the morning give it a good mix before digging in. You can top it with more biscoff spread, biscoff cookies, chocolate chips, or berries!

    Tips and Tricks

    • While you’ll get some protein from the Greek yogurt, you can give yourself a protein boost by adding a scoop of protein powder to the oats!
    • Feel free to leave out the maple syrup if you don’t want your biscoff oats to be too sweet.
    • Top the biscoff oats with fresh berries, chocolate chips, or more biscoff spread.
