Simple Pumpkin Overnight Oats with Pumpkin Pie Spice
Have a cozy fall morning with these Pumpkin Overnight Oats! Made with just 7 simple ingredients, these pumpkin pie overnight oats are so easy to make and taste amazing!
In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, and pumpkin pie spice.
½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tablespoon chia seeds, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Stir in your milk of choice, greek yogurt, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree until well combined.
½ cup milk, 2 tablespoon greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoon maple syrup
Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with whipped cream, chopped pecans, and a dash of cinnamon.

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Mix and add toppings before consuming.
