In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder.
½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp cocoa powder
Stir in your milk of choice, greek yogurt, and honey until well combined.

Mix in the peanut butter and mini chocolate chips.

Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with crushed peanuts and a drizzle of caramel sauce or syrup.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Overnight oats can be eaten cold straight from the fridge, or warmed up in the microwave.
Make a big batch and store them either in a large tupperware or in a bunch of mason jars for meal prep.
If your overnight oats seem a bit dry in the morning, feel free to add a splash of milk.
