5-Minute Prep Snickers Overnight Oats with Caramel Sauce

These Snickers Overnight Oats have that classic candy bar flavor, so you'll love these for a perfect make-ahead breakfast!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips plus extra for topping
  • Drizzle of caramel sauce for topping
  • Peanuts for topping

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder.
    ½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Stir in your milk of choice, greek yogurt, and honey until well combined.

  • Mix in the peanut butter and mini chocolate chips.

  • Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
  • In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with crushed peanuts and a drizzle of caramel sauce or syrup.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Overnight oats can be eaten cold straight from the fridge, or warmed up in the microwave. 
  • Make a big batch and store them either in a large tupperware or in a bunch of mason jars for meal prep.
  • If your overnight oats seem a bit dry in the morning, feel free to add a splash of milk.
  • Make these with my veggie egg white cups for a quick meal prepped breakfast.
