Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

This creamy strawberry peanut butter smoothie tastes just like a PB&J in a glass! Made with frozen strawberries and frozen banana, this quick 5-minute smoothie recipe combines peanut butter and fruit into the perfect delicious breakfast or snack.

  • ½ cup strawberries frozen
  • ½ banana frozen
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  • Add frozen fruit to a blender, followed by peanut butter, yogurt, and milk.
    ½ cup strawberries, ½ banana, 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, ½ cup greek yogurt, ½ cup milk
  • Blend until smooth. Add a splash of milk to thin out your smoothie if desired.

  • If you are not planning on drinking this smoothie right away, it can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days. I recommend mixing it up before consuming.
  • Freeze this smoothie in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. To defrost, place in the fridge overnight, or allow it to sit a room temperature for a bit.
