Quick & Easy Nutella Baked Oatmeal

Nutella lovers, you have got to try this easy Nutella Baked Oatmeal recipe! It’s made in one bowl and takes 5 minutes to prep. I love making a batch of these baked oats at the beginning of the week so I’ve got breakfast meal prepped. All I need to do is microwave it every morning and enjoy! Plus, these Nutella baked oats need just 9 simple ingredients. I love serving these oats with an extra drizzle of melted Nutella and powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • cup milk
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon melted coconut oil sub butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon nutella plus extra for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°Fahrenheit and spray an 8x8 square baking pan with non-stick spray, or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, baking powder, and salt.

  • Pour in the milk, maple syrup, eggs, oil, vanilla, and nutella. Stir until everything is combined.

  • Pour the oat mixture into the baking pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow the oats to cool in the pan for a few minutes before cutting and serving. Top with additional nutella (I like to melt it in the microwave for a few seconds first) and powdered sugar.
