If you love a sweet breakfast but want something that feels a little lighter, this Protein French Toast is exactly what you need! It has all the classic French toast flavor you love, made with high-protein bread, protein powder, and egg whites. It's simple to throw together on any morning and tastes so good you won't even miss the original.
Whisk all ingredients except for bread together in a bowl. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Dip bread in egg mixture on both sides, making sure it soaks in the liquid.
Spray the skillet with nonstick spray or butter. Add bread to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and top with powdered sugar, syrup, and fresh berries before enjoying!

Whisk the egg mixture well to get rid of any protein powder/cinnamon clumps.
Use sturdy bread so that when you dip it in the egg mixture it doesn't fall apart
Find a protein powder that is high quality and actually tastes good. There are so many protein powders out there that are terrible and will then make your protein french toast taste terrible. This protein powder is my favorite.
