Add to the oat mixture the mashed bananas, milk, maple syrup, whisked eggs, and vanilla, whisking until just combined. Add any additional add-ins at this time.
1½ cups mashed bananas, 1½ cup milk, ⅓ cup maple syrup, 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract
Pour this into the 8x8 pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and top is golden brown. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature, or up to a week in the fridge
Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To defrost allow oats to sit in fridge overnight or at room temperature for a few hours.
