Easy Almond Butter Overnight Oats with Vanilla

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats and chia seeds.
    ½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • Stir in the milk, greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
    ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp greek yogurt, ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Add in the almond butter, mixing until fully incorporated.
    2 tbsp almond butter
  • Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
  • In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with extra almond butter and sliced almonds.

Notes

  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. 
  • Add a splash of milk if they seem dry after sitting in the fridge overnight. 
  • If your almond butter is thick, melt it in the microwave for a few second before adding it the oats to make it easier to mix in.
