½ cup old fashioned oats ½ tbsp chia seeds ½ cup milk 2 tbsp greek yogurt ½ tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp almond butter
In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats and chia seeds.

Stir in the milk, greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add in the almond butter, mixing until fully incorporated.

Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with extra almond butter and sliced almonds.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Add a splash of milk if they seem dry after sitting in the fridge overnight.
If your almond butter is thick, melt it in the microwave for a few second before adding it the oats to make it easier to mix in.
