This bacon and egg grilled cheese sandwich is everything you could possibly want in a breakfast sandwich- crispy bacon, fried eggs, and melty cheese pressed together between buttery toasted slices of bread. In a skillet, fry bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
1-2 slices bacon
In the same skillet, crack the two eggs and fry thoroughly, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Spread the butter on one side of each piece of bread. On the un-buttered side of the bread, layer the cheese, bacon, and eggs, topping with the other side of bread (butter side up).
