In a jar or mixing bowl, mix together the oats and chia seeds.
½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tbsp chia seeds
Stir in your milk of choice, greek yogurt, and maple syrup until well combined. Add the softened cream cheese to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to break it up and blend it into the oats.
