½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • Stir in the milk, greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond extract until well combined. Add sprinkles and mix.
½ cup milk, ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt, ½ tablespoon maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅛ teaspoon almond extract, 1-2 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
  • Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.

Notes

  • Add extra maple syrup for more sweetness.
  • Add up to a whole scoop of vanilla protein powder to make these high-protein.
  • Add sprinkles right before eating so they don't bleed into the oats if you are making more than a day ahead.

  • If oats seem dry when going to eat them, add extra splash of milk.
