Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen fruit peaches, pineapple
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • cup milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high powdered blender.
1 cup spinach or kale, ½ frozen banana, 1 cup frozen fruit, ¼ avocado, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1¼ cup milk
  • Blend on low speed and increase to high speed, blending for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  • Add extra almond milk as needed to thin out the smoothie if it's too thick. If the smoothie is too thin, add in a handful of ice cubes.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • I recommend using frozen bananas instead of fresh! It’s going to give you a much creamier smoothie. I always freeze bananas if they are overripe and about to go bad, that way I don't waste any and I always have them on hand for smoothies.
  • If your smoothie is too thick you can add some more milk. If it's too thin, add some ice cubes.
