1 cup spinach or kale, ½ frozen banana, 1 cup frozen fruit, ¼ avocado, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1¼ cup milk
Blend on low speed and increase to high speed, blending for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
Add extra almond milk as needed to thin out the smoothie if it's too thick. If the smoothie is too thin, add in a handful of ice cubes.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
I recommend using frozen bananas instead of fresh! It’s going to give you a much creamier smoothie. I always freeze bananas if they are overripe and about to go bad, that way I don't waste any and I always have them on hand for smoothies.
If your smoothie is too thick you can add some more milk. If it's too thin, add some ice cubes.
