Start your day with a fun twist on a classic dessert- Banoffee Overnight Oats ! Taking inspiration from the classic and indulgent flavors of banoffee pie, this easy, no-cook breakfast combines creamy oats with sweet bananas and rich toffee/caramel. I use store-bought caramel to save time, but you can easily make your own. It's the perfect balanced breakfast of wholesome and decadent, filling you up while satisfying that sweet tooth!

½ cup old fashioned oats ½ tablespoon chia seeds ½ cup milk ¼ cup mashed banana ½-1 tablespoon caramel sauce plus extra for topping Banana slices for topping Whipped cream for topping
In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats & chia seeds.
½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tablespoon chia seeds
Stir in the milk and mashed banana, until well combined. Gently mix in the caramel sauce.

Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with freshly sliced banana, caramel sauce, and whipped cream.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Add toppings before consuming.
