In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, and brown sugar.

Stir in your milk of choice, greek yogurt, vanilla, until well combined.

Mix in the mini chocolate chips.

Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with extra chocolate chips and cookie dough bites.
