Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • toppings of your choice

Instructions

  • Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients into a high power blender.
    2 cups frozen strawberries, ½ frozen banana, ½ cup non fat plain greek yogurt, ¼ cup milk
  • Blend on low speed and increase to high speed until completely smooth. The consistency should be thick. If needed, add extra milk to thin it out a bit, or add more frozen strawberries to make it thicker.
  • Pour into your favorite bowl and add toppings you enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want to add even more protein, add a scoop of protein powder to the blender along with the rest of the smoothie bowl ingredients.
  • Add fresh berries, nut butter, granola, dried fruit, nuts, gojii berries, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, cacao nibs, shredded coconut or chopped chocolate!
  • Drizzle over melted nut butter, honey, or maple syrup.
