Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients into a high power blender.
2 cups frozen strawberries, ½ frozen banana, ½ cup non fat plain greek yogurt, ¼ cup milk
Blend on low speed and increase to high speed until completely smooth. The consistency should be thick. If needed, add extra milk to thin it out a bit, or add more frozen strawberries to make it thicker.
Pour into your favorite bowl and add toppings you enjoy!

If you want to add even more protein, add a scoop of protein powder to the blender along with the rest of the smoothie bowl ingredients.
