5-Minute Prep Cookies and Cream Oreo Overnight Oats

Cookies and cream lovers are gonna love these Oreo Overnight Oats! Made with just 8 simple ingredients, these oats are perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 crushed oreos plus extra for topping
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips plus extra for topping

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder.
    ½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tablespoon chia seeds, ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Stir in your milk of choice, greek yogurt, and maple syrup until well combined.
    ½ cup milk, ¼ cup greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Mix in your crushed oreos and mini chocolate chips.
    2 crushed oreos, 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
  • In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with extra crushed oreos and mini chocolate chips!

Notes

  • Keep the overnight oats covered in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Mix before enjoying.
  • If your overnight oats seem dry the next day, add a splash of milk and mix. 
    If you want to meal prep these, make a big batch and store in a large container or several jars.
