4 Ingredient Cinnamon Honey Butter

This homemade version of everyone’s favorite butter (yes, I’m talking about Texas Roadhouse butter!) is incredibly easy to make, comes together in just 3 minutes, and uses 4 simple ingredients. It’s sweet, creamy, and the perfect addition to pancakes, waffles, muffins, toast, biscuits, and more.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt *add IF you are using unsalted butter

Instructions

  • In a large bowl with an electric mixer, or in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip together butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    ½ cup butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, Pinch of salt
  • Use or cover and store in the fridge for later use. You can store this in a glass jar with a lid, or roll this butter into a log and cover with parchment paper.

Notes

Store at room temperature for 3 days, in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
