1-Minute Blended Cottage Cheese

Blended Cottage Cheese is a perfect breakfast option, especially if you don't love the chunky texture of regular cottage cheese! Blending this cottage cheese gives it a creamy flavor similar to yogurt, and it's easy to add your favorite flavors and topping to it. I love adding honey or maple syrup for sweetness, plus fresh berries on top. This recipe takes no time at all to make (roughly 1 minute) and is perfect for those busy pre-work mornings!

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to a food processor or a blender. Blend on high until smooth (to a consistency you enjoy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute).
