These easy-to-make Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are perfect for your next family brunch! Filled with bacon, eggs, and cheese, these pull-apart sandwiches are sure to please everyone.
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
Using a sharp serrated knife, cut the hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Make sure to keep the top of the rolls intact as you cut. Place the bottom of the rolls into a 9x13 pan. Layer the cheese slices over the bottom of the rolls, overlapping to fit.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a greased skillet over medium-low heat, scramble the eggs until just about done. They will continue to cook in the oven.
Spread the scrambled eggs over top of the cheese slices. Top with the crumbled bacon. Place the top half of the hawaiian rolls on top.
Combine the melted butter and garlic in a bowl. Brush or spoon the garlic butter evenly on top of the rolls.
Place the sliders in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are lightly browned. Removed from the oven and top with chives and flaky sea salt before enjoying.
Notes
If you don't have a 9x13 pan, just make these on a foil-lined baking sheet!
Store these sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. To reheat, I recommend using the oven or a toaster oven at 350 F, reheating for a few minutes until warmed through.
You can also freeze these sliders. Make sure they cool completely before wrapping in foil and placing them in the freezer. Allow them to come to room temperature before reheating them in the oven.
