Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • toppings of your choice

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats and chia seeds.
    ½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • Stir in the milk, cottage cheese, and maple syrup until well combined.
    ½ cup milk, ¼ cup small curd cottage cheese, 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight for the best texture.
  • In the morning, give it a good mix before eating. Top with fresh berries or anything else you enjoy on overnight oats.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 5 days in the fridge. 
  • Add any extra toppings to the oats immediately before consuming
