ingredients needed to make this simple cookie recipe:

cream the butter & sugar, then add in the egg and vanilla

mix in the dry ingredients until just combined- don't overmix!

scoop into 6 round balls and place on cookie sheet

bake for 10-12 minutes, until just set. Be careful not to over-bake!
