BETTER THAN Milk Bar Pumpkin Pie Recipe

– 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs  – 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted – ¼ cup granulated sugar – 8 oz cream cheese softened – 1 cup + 1 tbsp half and half cold  – 1 tbsp granulated sugar – 1½ cup cool whip thawed ....

Use a food processor or blender to blend the graham crackers into fine crumbs

Mix with melted butter and sugar

Press the crumbs into the bottom & up the sides of the pie plate, making sure to really pack it.

Crust goes in the freezer for 2 hours to set.

Mix together the soft cream cheese, 1 tbsp of half & half, and sugar.

Fold in the cool whip until combined

Spread this evenly over the bottom of the frozen pie crust.

Whisk pudding mix and 1 cup of half & half together until well blended.

Let this mixture stand for 3 minutes

Mix in the can of pumpkin + cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.

Spread this evenly over top of the cream cheese layer.

Place pie in the fridge for at least 5 hours to set (overnight is best).
