This delicious Starbucks Iced White Chocolate Mocha copycat is a mixture of espresso and creamy white chocolate sauce, topped with ice and milk, and finished with whipped cream. You can make this coffee at home in under 5 minutes!
Brew 2 shots of espresso. After brewing, while it's still hot, stir in 2-3 tablespoon of white chocolate sauce until blended.
Fill a glass with ice. Pour espresso mixture over ice. Then top with milk. Mix to combine. Top with homemade or storebought whipped cream
How to make homemade whipped cream
Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
Notes
Mix in the white chocolate syrup while the espresso is still hot. This will allow it to completely mix in before pouring it over ice.
Make your own white chocolate sauce by heating 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan until lightly steaming. Remove from heat and add ¼ cup of white chocolate chips. Stir until fully melted & combined. This will make extra sauce, so you can store it in an airtight container.
Your iced white mocha can be stored in the fridge in a glass with a lid for 2-3 days. Top with whipped cream when ready to drink.
