Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2-3 tablespoon white chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup milk

homemade whipped cream

  • ¼ cup heavy cream cold
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Brew 2 shots of espresso. After brewing, while it's still hot, stir in 2-3 tablespoon of white chocolate sauce until blended.
  • Fill a glass with ice. Pour espresso mixture over ice. Then top with milk. Mix to combine. Top with homemade or storebought whipped cream

How to make homemade whipped cream

  • Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).

Notes

  • Mix in the white chocolate syrup while the espresso is still hot. This will allow it to completely mix in before pouring it over ice.
  • Make your own white chocolate sauce by heating 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan until lightly steaming. Remove from heat and add ¼ cup of white chocolate chips. Stir until fully melted & combined. This will make extra sauce, so you can store it in an airtight container.
  • Your iced white mocha can be stored in the fridge in a glass with a lid for 2-3 days. Top with whipped cream when ready to drink.
