Add the apple, banana, milk, and protein powder to a blender. Add anything else to the smoothie you would like. If your banana isn't frozen, add a cup of ice.
Blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, add extra ice.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Use frozen bananas! I swear by this when making smoothies, it makes them so much more creamy!
Add a veggie- my go-to for smoothies is frozen riced cauliflower. You can't taste it at all and it's a perfect way to sneak a veggie in. I would add about a ¼ cup to this smoothie. You could also add spinach or kale!
Feel free to add anything you think would be good to this smoothie: chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter, almond butter, or extra fruit.
If your smoothie is too thin, add ice cubes to blend and thicken it up. If it's too thick, just add extra liquid such as milk!
