  • Add the apple, banana, milk, and protein powder to a blender. Add anything else to the smoothie you would like. If your banana isn't frozen, add a cup of ice.
  • Blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, add extra ice.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen bananas! I swear by this when making smoothies, it makes them so much more creamy!
  • Add a veggie- my go-to for smoothies is frozen riced cauliflower. You can't taste it at all and it's a perfect way to sneak a veggie in. I would add about a ¼ cup to this smoothie. You could also add spinach or kale!
  • Feel free to add anything you think would be good to this smoothie: chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter, almond butter, or extra fruit.
  • If your smoothie is too thin, add ice cubes to blend and thicken it up. If it's too thick, just add extra liquid such as milk!
