Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1-2 tablespoon biscoff spread

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl or jar.
  • In a microwave-safe dish, microwave the biscoff spread for 10-20 seconds, or until it turns into a runny consistency.
  • Pour this into the oats and stir immediately, making sure the biscoff spread is well combined and evenly dispersed.
  • Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight. In the morning, give it a good mix before digging in, and you can top it with more biscoff spread, biscoff cookies, chocolate chips, or berries!

Notes

  • While you’ll get some protein from the Greek yogurt, you can give yourself a protein boost by adding a scoop of protein powder to the oats!
  • Feel free to leave out the maple syrup if you don’t want your biscoff oats to be too sweet.
  • Top the biscoff oats with fresh berries, chocolate chips, or more biscoff spread.
