Combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl or jar.
In a microwave-safe dish, microwave the biscoff spread for 10-20 seconds, or until it turns into a runny consistency.
Pour this into the oats and stir immediately, making sure the biscoff spread is well combined and evenly dispersed.
Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight. In the morning, give it a good mix before digging in, and you can top it with more biscoff spread, biscoff cookies, chocolate chips, or berries!
Notes
While you’ll get some protein from the Greek yogurt, you can give yourself a protein boost by adding a scoop of protein powder to the oats!
Feel free to leave out the maple syrup if you don’t want your biscoff oats to be too sweet.
