Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup blackberries frozen
  • ½ banana frozen
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ¼-½ cup milk

Instructions

  • Step 1: Put the banana, strawberries, blackberries, and yogurt into the blender. I usually start with less milk and add more if needed, so start by adding ¼ cup. If you're not using frozen fruits, throw in a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie, or if your smoothie is too thin, add ice cubes or more frozen fruit.

Notes

  • Troubleshooting your smoothie- if your smoothie is too thick, add in a little more milk or water. If your smoothie is too thin, add in more frozen fruit or toss in a few ice cubes.
  • Frozen bananas are the best for smoothies
  • If your fruit wasn't frozen to begin with, just add some ice cubes to your smoothie.
  • Make this into a smoothie bowl by using less milk (for a thicker consistency) and adding toppings like granola, chia seeds, sliced banana, strawberries, blackberries, shredded coconut, and drizzled peanut butter/almond butter. You could add anything else you enjoy as well!
