ingredients needed to make this chex mix:

start by mixing all the ingredients into a very large bowl (or two bowls!)

pour oil into white chocolate chips and microwave until smooth. be careful not to burn the chocolate!

pour white chocolate into chex mix

using your hands or a spautla, coat the chex mix evenly with the chocolate

spread chex mix onto parchment paper and allow to dry completely
