strawberry filled cupcakes

ingredients needed to make these cupcakes:

for the strawberry buttercream:

start by creaming the butter and sugar. Add in eggs & vanilla

alternate between adding the dry ingredients

and the milk. Make sure not to overmix

blend freeze-dried strawberries into a powder

make the buttercream by adding all the ingredients to the creamed butter

mixing until smooth and fluffy

once the cupcakes have cooled completely, scoop out the inside

fill with 1 tbsp of diced strawberries

top with the strawberry buttercream
