super soft peanut butter cookie recipe

ingredients needed to make 6 soft cookies:

cream together the butter, PB, and both sugars.

Add in the vanilla and egg yolk. Mix until smooth.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (don't overmix).

Scoop 2 large tbsp of dough and roll into a ball.

Bake cookies on baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
