easy puff pastry  breakfast cups

breakfast cup ingredients:

– 1 sheet puff pastry – 5 large eggs – ¼ cup milk – 5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled – ½ cup shredded cheese – ¼ tsp salt – ⅛ tsp pepper

start by thawing out the puff pastry sheet and cutting into 9 squares.

gently press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a muffin pan

fill with crumbled bacon and cheese

whisk together eggs & milk and pour into cups

bake for 15-20 minutes

enjoy right out of the oven or save and reheat later!
