Overnight Oats Recipe- over 30g of protein!

ingredients needed to make high protein overnight oats:

start by grabbing a mason jar or tupperware container with a lid

add the oats, protein powder, and chia seeds

mix in the milk, yogurt, and honey. Place in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours).

pb&j oats: add 1tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp jam, and roasted peanuts

PB, banana, chocolate Oats: Chocolate protein, 1 tbsp PB, sliced banana

strawberries & cream oats: diced strawberries, vanilla extract, whipped cream

or add any other toppings you love!
