mango strawberry banana smoothie

ingredients needed to make this healthy smoothie:

start by adding the fruit to the blender

then add the yogurt & milk.

add less milk for a thicker smoothie or more for a thinner smoothie

blend until smooth!

pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

you can add protein powder & a vegetable to this smoothie!

I like adding riced cauliflower or spinach.
