meal prep breakfast sandwiches
ingredients needed to make these sandwiches:
start by frying the bacon in a skillet.
in the same skillet, cook the onions and spinach.
whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, and pepper.
add the cooled spinach to the eggs and pour into a baking dish.
once the eggs are baked & cooled, cut out 6 circles.
assemble the sandwiches and wrap in foil.
keep sandwiches in the fridge or freezer until you want to eat one!
