Healthy Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal

everything you need to make this healthy baked oatmeal

ingredients needed:

-oats -cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger -baking powder & salt -milk -maple syrup -eggs -butter -vanilla -carrots -coconut -cream cheese

Mix dry ingredients together. Whisk together the wet ingredients and pour into the dry. Mix until combined.

Fold in the carrots and coconut. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.

Don't forget to make the cream cheese icing while it bakes!
