pour this mixture over top cubed brioche bread

cover with foil and refrigerate overnight

make the topping by cutting the cold butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt with a pastry cutter.

until you get peas sized balls of butter.

place in fridge overnight

in the morning, sprinkle topping over casserole

bake for 45-55 minutes until set.

serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup
