no-bake cheesecake recipe: salted caramel

ingredients needed to make this no-bake cheesecake:

start by making the graham cracker crust & pressing into the springform pan

then make the cheesecake filling

spread cheesecake filling into pan. Let it sit in the fridge overnight

make the caramel sauce by heating sugar & water

once it turns an amber color, add the rest of the ingredients

allow the caramel sauce to cool completely & store in the fridge

remove the cheesecake from the pan when ready to serve

pour the caramel overtop before or after slicing
