Brownie Recipe with Salted Caramel

ingredients needed to make this brownie recipe:

start by melting the sugar to make the caramel sauce. It will start to clump up.

after awhile it will turn an amber color and melt into a liquid.

once melted, add in the butter, heavy cream, salt, and vanilla. Allow to cool

make the brownie batter- melt the butter and chocolate together. then add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

to this, add the dry ingredients.

pour half of the batter into the pan and swirl in some caramel sauce.

spread the rest of the batter on top and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F.

allow the brownies to cool before cutting and topping with more caramel

add flaky sea salt on top for extra saltiness!
