ingredients needed to make these biscoff blondies:

start by melting the butter. then add the biscoff, sugar, eggs, and vanilla

add the dry ingredients. Pour into a baking pan & top with cookies

bake for about 30 minutes

allow the blondies to cool in the pan completely, and then remove and slice.
